Michael is a Visual / Stereo 3D Online Artist, Director of Photography and Researcher. Creating audiovisual spaces through photography, video, film and code; fuelled and inspired by time, space and perception.He is passionate about innovation in Moving Images from an artistic as well as technological point of view. This creative field, supported by a BA in Video Art and a MSc in 3D Stereoscopic Media have provided him with a vision and intuition to successfully merge art + science.
Michael’s work is characterised by the exploration of connecting points between human perception and experience in relation to space and time. This process has resulted in a wide array of works, ranging from single channel productions to large-scale multi-channel audiovisual environments.
With research at the heart of his work, a drive for experimentation and a strong ability for improvisation – he is always developing new processes of translating experience into creative communication.
