Exploring the aesthetics of CCTV, transitions of control over one’s body between the self and an authoritarian system, the VJ, and the merging of spaces. The performance “Who Are You Looking At - Who’s Looking At You” uses live feeds from a bar, a club or other public space to create a temporary video surveillance network where participants are both actors and acted upon. Custom software handles several cameras and leaves no one anonymous.
