The 5th edition of the Mapping Fesival will take part on may 8-17 in Geneva, Switzerland. It’s Garagecube, the creators of the VJ software Modul8 that hosts the festival. This year the theme is to take the projections to the streets of Geneva. Beside the main theme: lectures, workshops, performances, installations and club gigs. Keep this in mind: The Mapping Festival is pretty close to Pixelache, Helsinki (April 2-5) and will probably clash with the New Media Meeting in Norrköping that is scheduled to take part already in may this year.
